in november, food & Wine magazine sent me and writer christine muhlke to siciliy for a story about copenhagen-based chef christian PUGLISI’s week-long cooking course at the villa rocca della tre contrade. it was hands-down one of the most magical assignments of my career. The crisp fall days, the wonderful people we met, the delicious food and amazing wines, all of it was unbelievable and I count myself lucky to have been a part of such a special experience.
